The position is based in San Diego, CA or Las Vegas, NV with a hybrid work schedule (3 days per week in office).
Your Areas of Accountability:
Lead the definition and execution of the Practitioner Revenue product strategy, in close collaboration with leaders in Payments, RCM, and other functional areas.
Manage and grow a team of Product Managers to develop high-impact roadmaps that drive product adoption, retention, and financial performance.
Serve as a key member of the Get Paid Market Leadership Team—contributing to cross-functional planning, execution, and achievement of financial and operational goals.
Drive effective go-to-market execution for product launches—ensuring internal alignment and maximum market impact.
Monitor KPIs and act decisively when performance or market signals call for adjustment.
Maintain deep knowledge of your market, customers, products (including performance metrics), competitors, and data—using insights to inform decisions and priorities.
Partner with Product leaders across the portfolio to support shared initiatives and integrated solutions that improve practice revenue and operational efficiency.
Promote a culture of ownership, innovation, and results through well-defined product operating rhythms and practices.
Set a high-performance bar while fostering a healthy balance of pace and sustainability within your team.
Competencies for Success:
10+ years of SaaS product management experience, preferably in healthcare payments or Revenue Cycle Management.
Proven success as a product leader in agile software development environments.
Strong ability to lead through influence—aligning cross-functional teams around shared goals without relying on positional authority.
Demonstrated track record of delivering innovative solutions that drive measurable top- and bottom-line results.
Experience collaborating with strategic partners to extend product value and reach.
Skilled in data-informed decision making—comfortable working with product analytics, SQL, and structured reasoning.
Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and visual—with the ability to craft compelling narratives and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Confident engaging with engineers, designers, GTM leaders, customers, and external partners.
Self-directed and accountable; thrives in collaborative environments and follows through independently.
