The Marketing Department:
The Marketing department serves as a primary growth engine for all of PracticeTek’s business verticals. We are the fuel that drives customer acquisition, conversion and retention through increasing brand awareness and promoting PracticeTek’s products and services. We are the face and voice that represents PracticeTek and its brands. We care as much about our team as we do about our products. The Career Opportunity:
As the Marketing Project Manager on the Marketing Operations Center Team, you will project managing the creation of marketing campaigns and creative across multiple brands within our portfolio. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and experience with cross-functional collaboration.
The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for driving the successful execution of marketing projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering on time, and within scope.
The Marketing Project Manager will also handle ad hoc tasks related to Hubspot, website editing, landing page creation, etc.
The position is remote or based in San Diego, CA with a hybrid work schedule (3 days per week in office).

Areas of Accountability:
- Project Intake: Review project requests to make sure all information is complete and accurate.
- Timeline & Milestone Management: Create, maintain, and communicate detailed project timelines, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on deadlines, deliverables, and expectations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update key stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and risks, offering solutions to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Capacity Planning: Coordinate and allocate internal and external resources, such as agencies or freelancers, to ensure the efficient execution of marketing projects.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline marketing workflows and improve collaboration between teams.
- Marketing Ops Responsibilities: May include making website copy edits in Webflow, marketing automation tasks in Hubspot, assisting with department expense reports, ordering business cards, etc.
Competencies for Success
- 3+ years of Project Management experience in Marketing/Creative, preferably in a SaaS organization
- Strong project management skills including developing timelines, project milestone, status reporting, capacity planning and issue resolution.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Demonstrate a positive, service-oriented approach when working with internal teams, ensuring timely and collaborative support that helps drive project success and fosters a constructive work environment.
- Self-starter, with a strong drive and sense of intellectual curiosity; strong problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
- Experience working across digital and traditional media channels including Web, Paid Social, SEM, Print and integrated marketing campaigns
- Solid organizational, attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Expertise using Asana & Hubspot and experience with using collections in Webflow.
