The Product Department:

The Product team defines our strategy and roadmap—focusing on initiatives and customer experiences that deliver the highest impact per dollar invested. We work closely with General Managers, Engineering, Marketing, and other partners to shape product direction and drive execution.

The Career Opportunity:

As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our orthodontic solutions. You’ll work closely with customers and cross-functional partners to define and deliver solutions that help practices operate efficiently and grow sustainably.

This role is ideal for a proactive product leader with strong execution skills and a passion for solving complex problems. You’ll manage multiple initiatives in parallel, collaborating with engineering, design, QA, and go-to-market teams to bring high-impact features to life.
 

What You’ll Do

Here’s how you’ll help us bring our mission to life and show up as a Trusted Partner:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • Define and maintain a compelling product roadmap aligned to business goals and customer needs
  • Evangelize product priorities across the organization to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Develop business cases to support build vs. partner decisions and strategic investments
Customer Insight & Experience
  • Serve as the voice of the customer—building strong relationships and integrating their feedback into the product
  • Prioritize customer and internal enhancement requests to maximize business and user impact
  • Champion intuitive, efficient user experiences through close collaboration with design
Execution & Delivery
  • Break down complex features into iterative releases and partner with engineering through the development lifecycle
  • Act as the product owner on a cross-functional scrum team—writing user stories, managing the backlog, and making scope tradeoffs
  • Collaborate with QA to ensure features meet quality and performance standards prior to release
Go-to-Market & Measurement
  • Drive cross-functional launch readiness, including support for marketing, customer success, and sales
  • Recommend messaging for marketing assets and customer-facing materials
  • Define and track KPIs for product features, recommending actions when gaps are identified
Thought Leadership & Market Awareness
  • Represent Gaidge in customer meetings, industry events, and community forums
  • Monitor competitive landscape and market trends in the EHR/practice management and analytics space
  • Continuously seek ways to improve product processes, team performance, and customer outcomes
 

What You Bring

Your unique talents are what make you shine. For this role, success looks like:
  • 3+ years of experience in software product management
  • Proven ability to define product vision, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality software
  • Strong customer empathy and the ability to translate user needs into actionable solutions
  • Experience working with APIs and/or strategic technology partnerships
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Clear, concise communication skills—comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and make data-informed decisions
  • Ability to lead and work autonomously
  • You can’t tell what you like more: technology, business, marketing, or just problem-solving. 
  • Experience in EHR, practice management, or medical billing is a plus
  • Experience working in an orthodontic practice is a plus
  • Knowledge of data infrastructure, including data pipelines and data warehousing concepts a plus
