Ora Dental 

Ora Dental is an innovative dental practice management system that is a multi-site, multi-specialty solution that is purpose-built for large groups. Our Enterprise Account Executive is a quota-carrying sales leader targeting DSOs/OSOs with a primary focus of selling our brand-new flagship, cloud-based PMS and other dental/ortho portfolio products.   

The Career Opportunity: 

Our Enterprise Account Executive – DSO/OSO has the following areas of accountability.   

The Enterprise Account Executive role will be responsible for engaging new DSOs/OSOs, creating a pipeline of potential customers, and building strategic partnerships with these groups. They will be responsible for creating and executing go-to-market and cross-selling strategies and work closely with key cross-functional stakeholders both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a Special Markets role and have key connections within DSOs/OSOs and other large group practices.  


The position is based in Alpharetta, GA with a hybrid work schedule (3 days per week in the office). 

Responsibilities: 

Areas of Accountability: 

The Enterprise Sales Manager has responsibility for the following outcomes: 

  • Prospect for new DSO/OSO customers and sell our dental product portfolio with a primary focus on a brand-new cloud-based PMS. 
  • Meet and/or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 
  • Able to work cross-functionally both internally and externally. 
  • Proficient at selling SAAS software solutions. 
  • Executing new partnership contracts. 
  • Increasing utilization within current customers. 
  • Develop long-term relationships with new customers. 
  • Conducting business meetings with prospective clients. 
  • Analyze trends in reporting and create actionable plans. 
  • Work in partnership with the brand General Managers, marketing, and the at-large sales team.  
  • Assist in RFP responses, product demos, trade shows, and other areas as assigned.  

Competencies for Success: 

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of a successful sales track record focused on DSOs/OSOs. 
  • Must have current relationships with 8-10 DSOs 
  • Experience selling to C-Suite level call points. 
  • Dental market knowledge  
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Prior negotiation experience. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher level of education. 
  • Business planning skills 
  • Sales Effectiveness 
  • Time management and planning skills.
