RevolutionEHR is a leading provider of cloud-based Electronic Health Record and practice management software for optometry. We proudly support over 18,000 providers and 59,000 users across the U.S. and Canada. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Partner Integration Specialist to join our Customer Success Team.

The Partner Integration Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring our integrated partner offerings deliver exceptional value to our customers. This position involves direct collaboration with partners' software to configure selected programs within customers' RevolutionEHR profiles. Successful candidates will have a strong background in computer software, enabling them to troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues effectively. Competencies for Success:
As a Partner Integration Specialist, you will be a vital member of our team, ensuring high-quality support for our RevolutionEHR customers. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Setting up and configuring integrated software as per customer selections.
  • Acting as a liaison to the Customer Support Manager.
  • Providing feedback to the Product Management team to inform necessary updates.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of partners' software applications and functionalities.
  • Supporting existing customers through phone, email, and live chat inquiries.
  • Managing and following through on appointments arranged by the Support Team.
  • Creating training videos and content to share your expertise.
  • Conducting one-on-one sessions with new customers, as needed, to guide them through the setup process.
  • Documenting all customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Assisting the Quality Assurance team with testing new developments as required.

Areas of Accountability:
We are looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can adapt quickly to changing needs. Ideal candidates should possess experience in many of the following areas:
  • Minimum of two years of clinic/in-office experience in an eye care setting.
  • Experience with EMR/EHR systems is a plus.
  • A passion for customer support with a proven track record of providing remote assistance.
  • Strong research skills to find answers and solutions independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with application sharing tools.
  • Experience with RevolutionEHR is a plus.

At PracticeTek we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine our offers of employment. This includes internal and external market factors as well as your individual experience and skills. These considerations can cause compensation to vary but we reasonably expect to pay between $33,050 - $68,650 for this position.
