The Marketing Department:

The Marketing department serves as a primary growth engine for all of PracticeTek’s business verticals. We are the fuel that drives customer acquisition, conversion and retention through increasing brand awareness and promoting PracticeTek’s products and services. We are the face and voice that represents PracticeTek and its brands. We care as much about our team as

The Career Opportunity:
Lead our dental portfolio's product marketing strategy and drive market expansion through the leadership of a high-performing team. As the Director of Marketing for our dental vertical, you will shape the go-to-market strategy for our comprehensive suite of dental products, oversee a team of Product Marketing Managers, and play a pivotal role in achieving our growth objectives within the dental Total Addressable Market (TAM).

The position is based in San Diego, CA with a hybrid work schedule (3 days per week in office).
The position is remote eligible


Areas of Accountability:
 
  • Drive revenue growth and market share expansion across the dental portfolio through strategic marketing initiatives, competitive positioning, and market intelligence
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives and market opportunities
  • Optimize marketing spend and maintain budgetary responsibility across all dental product lines
  • Build and maintain high-performing teams through effective coaching, career development, and performance management
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and other key stakeholders to ensure cohesive strategy execution

  • Deep understanding of the dental industry, including market trends, competitive landscape and customer needs
  • Experience with Dental software solutions preferred
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and resource allocation
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
