The Marketing Department:
The Marketing department serves as a primary growth engine for all of PracticeTek’s business verticals. We are the fuel that drives customer acquisition, conversion and retention through increasing brand awareness and promoting PracticeTek’s products and services. The Career Opportunity:
We are seeking an innovative Paid Advertising Strategist to plan, strategize and oversee the implementation of our marketing initiatives across paid media channels. You will be working with the vertical teams to develop platform-specific marketing strategies, planning and executing marketing campaigns, and reporting on results.
To ensure success as a Paid Advertising Specialist, you should demonstrate extensive knowledge of platform marketing strategies and experience in a related industry. An outstanding Paid Advertising Specialist will be someone whose expertise results in optimized marketing strategies and increased profitability.
Areas of Accountability:
Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital advertising channels.
Budget Management: Oversee and manage the allocation of budgets for paid media campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to ROI targets.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of paid campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve performance and maximize ROI.
Keyword Research & Targeting: Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to ensure that campaigns reach the most relevant audiences and drive qualified traffic.
Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to design and test ad creatives that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to continually improve campaign performance.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the SEO, content, and analytics teams to ensure paid media strategies are aligned with broader marketing goals and initiatives.
Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements and optimizations.
Competencies for Success
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in paid media or digital advertising, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns. Agency experience a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification, or other relevant digital advertising certifications.
Experience with Marketing Automation: Familiarity with Hubspot marketing automation platforms is a plus.
Industry Experience: Previous experience in Healthcare or a related field is advantageous.
