We are seeking a HubSpot Marketing Specialist to own campaign execution, reporting, and marketing performance insights within our HubSpot platform. This role will partner closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Revenue Operations to ensure HubSpot is fully leveraged for lead generation, pipeline contribution, and revenue growth.
While our IT Systems Analyst will handle HubSpot’s technical integrations and back-end infrastructure, this position will focus on translating marketing strategies into execution, ensuring accurate reporting, and driving data-backed decisions.
What You’ll Do
Here’s how you’ll help us bring our mission to life and show up as a Trusted Partner:- Campaign Execution: Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, landing pages, nurture workflows, forms, etc.) in HubSpot.
- Segmentation & Personalization: Manage lists, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies to increase engagement and conversion rates.
- Reporting & Analytics: Create and maintain HubSpot dashboards to track campaign performance, lead funnel health, and revenue impact.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Revenue Operations to align campaign execution with pipeline and revenue goals.
- Data Quality: Maintain clean, structured data within HubSpot, including campaign naming conventions, tracking, and attribution setup.
- Insights: Translate campaign and funnel data into actionable recommendations for Marketing and Sales leadership.
- Best Practices: Stay up to date on HubSpot product updates and marketing automation trends, applying them to improve performance.
How Success is Measured
Here’s how we’ll know you’re making an impact and raising the bar:- Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to Sales Accepted Leads (SAL) conversion rate improvement quarter over quarter
- Funnel performance: measurable increases in conversion rates across key stages (MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Closed/Won)
- Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER): maintained or improved within target range
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) to Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) ratio: optimized to achieve sustainable growth
- Closed/Won and Closed/Lost insights: consistent reporting and actionable recommendations driving revenue impact
What You Bring
Your unique talents are what make you shine. For this role, success looks like:- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HubSpot Marketing Hub.
- Proven track record of building and optimizing marketing campaigns within HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of full funnel reporting enabled through Hubspot with B2B marketing funnel metrics and revenue operations workflows.
- Deep understanding of paid media campaign tracking within HubSpot as well as related lead scoring, marketing attribution and campaign ROI analysis.
- Strong experience in HubSpot to Salesforce workflows and integrations; this role will partner with the technical expert in data governance and data or platform integrations.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Ops and Rev Ops to provide meaningful cross-company reporting against campaigns.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating data into insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong reporting, analytics, and data storytelling skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.

At PracticeTek, we determine compensation by considering market data, internal equity, and each candidate’s skills and experience. For this position, we reasonably expect to pay between $105,00-$125,000. This role is also eligible for benefits, including health, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and may be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses or equity, as applicable.PracticeTek is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
