The Career Opportunity:
The Senior Analyst, HR Systems & Analytics is responsible for supporting and optimizing HR technology, ensuring data accuracy, and providing analytics to drive decision-making. This role will play a key part in maintaining and troubleshooting HR systems, including UKG (HRIS), Nectar (Rewards Platform), Talent Acquisition software, and other HR solutions.
A critical partner to HR operations, this role will focus on leveraging data for insights, streamlining HR processes through automation, and ensuring compliance with reporting and payroll requirements. Additionally, the Senior Analyst will collaborate with payroll to support processing accuracy, system integrations, and data reconciliation.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a passion for optimizing HR processes, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Areas of Accountability
HR Systems & Analytics
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for HR systems, including UKG Pro & WFM, troubleshooting system issues and ensuring data integrity.
- Conduct data audits to verify accuracy, compliance, and consistency across HR platforms.
- Support HRIS projects, such as system upgrades, new module implementations, integrations, and data migrations.
- Maintain and optimize HR dashboards and reports, leveraging Excel, UKG reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms to provide insights on workforce trends.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Analyze HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, compensation trends, and workforce demographics to inform strategic decisions.
- Support annual compensation processes by preparing, modeling, and validating data.
- Train HR team members and end-users on HRIS functionality, reporting, and best practices.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements for HR technology and data management.
- Assist in payroll system data reconciliation and auditing to ensure accurate processing.
- Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to resolve payroll-related discrepancies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Work with payroll providers to validate data transfers and system integrations.
- Support payroll analytics and reporting to align with Finance and HR compliance needs.
- 5+ years of experience in HR Systems, Analytics, or Payroll within a fast-paced environment; SaaS industry experience preferred.
- Experience in HRIS system administration, configuration, and reporting; UKG Pro & WFM preferred.
- Strong data analysis skills, including advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros/VBA preferred).
- Experience working with HR metrics and dashboards; exposure to Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and experience supporting payroll teams in data accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively across teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting HRIS and data issues.
- HRIS certifications (UKG, Workday) are a plus.
