Job Duties:
At PracticeTek we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine our offers of employment. This includes internal and external market factors as well as your individual experience and skills. These considerations can cause compensation to vary but we reasonably expect to pay between $31,050 - $140,000 for this position.

The Career Opportunity: An ideal candidate has 3+ years’ experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management with a focus on data, analytics and technology.
Job Duties:
- Partner with third-party vendor and IT to test, manage and maintain commercial RCM dashboard ensuring accurate and timely data updates, enhancements and future development
- Design, develop, implement and maintain dashboards, reports and data visualization tools to track and analyze all aspects of operations including onboarding and client support
- Design and implement form-based automation for administrative tasks using Smartsheet
- Collaborate with IT and external partners to ensure seamless integration of technical products into RCM workflows to support offshore vendors, including managing access and processes related to numerous external tools
- Provide program management and coordination to data and technology initiatives
- Bachelor degree in related field
- 5+ years in an analytics role, preferably within the healthcare or RCM domain
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent program management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
- Proficient in data visualization and dashboard development
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Smartsheet
- Tableau Certified Professional or equivalent experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with databases and query languages
- Strong work ethic, well-spoken, compelling and professional
