Lead product marketing strategy for PracticeTek's payments solutions across all four verticals, driving increased attachment rates and deeper market penetration. This hands-on role initially focuses on payments, with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) responsibilities phased in during the latter half of the year. You'll leverage your payments/fintech expertise to position our solutions effectively within the healthcare ecosystem while building knowledge of RCM to support future growth initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise across our complete financial technology suite.

- Develop and execute comprehensive payments product marketing strategy to drive attachment rates and increase penetration across dental care, optometry, and wellbeing verticals
- Create and maintain a robust content library of case studies, white papers, sales collateral, and digital assets that effectively communicate our payments value proposition
- Stay current with payments industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform marketing strategy and messaging
- Partner with sales teams to develop targeted enablement programs that increase confidence in selling payments solutions
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure effectiveness of payments marketing initiatives
- Build foundational knowledge of our RCM offerings to prepare for expanded marketing responsibilities in the second half of the year
- Gradually develop and implement RCM marketing strategies as part of an integrated financial solutions approach

- 4+ years of product marketing experience with demonstrated expertise in payments, fintech, or embedded finance solutions
- Healthcare payments experience strongly preferred, particularly in practice management environments
- Proven ability to create compelling content that drives conversion and adoption
- Strong hands-on execution skills with minimal need for oversight or delegation
- Deep understanding of payments technology, transaction processing, and financial workflows
- Willingness to learn RCM concepts and build expertise in healthcare revenue cycle solutions
- Ability to adapt and expand responsibilities as the role evolves to encompass both payments and RCM
- Excellent analytical capabilities with experience using data to drive strategic decisions
- Superior communication skills with ability to translate complex financial concepts for various audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related field required
