Scope and Responsibilities: 

As the Sales Manager of Payments, you will lead and oversee a team of Account Development Representatives and who specialize in selling our integration payments solutions to our existing customers. Your primary responsibility is to lead and inspire our dynamic sales team, driving new revenue growth through strategic planning, expectational analytical analysis, and effective performance management. You will leverage your robust strategic thinking skills, creative prowess, and keen business acumen to excel in this role. Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including other Account Executives and various departments, you will align goals, share valuable insights, and refine strategies to ensure cohesive and synchronized efforts. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing growth initiatives. In this vibrant and competitive environment, emphasis is placed on performance, and successes are celebrated, fostering a culture of achievement and professional fulfillment. 

Your Areas of Accountability: 

  • Manage a dynamic team of 5-6 integrated payments account development reps, fostering coaching, collaboration, and individual career development. 

  • Establish and refine a structured, repeatable sales process to maximize efficiency, ensure scalability, and enhance overall effectiveness. 

  • Hire, train, and develop both existing and new sales representatives. 

  • Harness analytics and performance metrics to guide strategic decision-making. 

  • Focus on action-oriented indicators such as the number of qualified leads, conversion rates, outreach activity, contact rate, sales cycle, and revenue generated. 

  • Set clear performance expectations, monitor team and individual performance, and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement. 

  • Implement feedback loops to ensure continuous improvement in individual and team performance, focusing on achieving high standards of excellence and accountability. 

Requirements: 

  • Previous leadership experience, preferably at least five years.  

  • Proficient in implementing and optimizing systems, processes, and scripts to ensure repeatable and scalable success. 

  • Proven ability to coach high-performing sales representatives, fostering continuous improvement and facilitating their advancement to the next level. 

  • Strong background/knowledge in outbound and inbound sales process and operations. 

  • Experience driving funnel management and sales processes through CRM. 

  • Demonstrates an aptitude and eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt as a sales leader. 

  • Extensive experience building strong interpersonal relationships, complemented by excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Experience in healthcare software is a plus.  

  • Expert proficiency in computer skills, including various CRMs, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outreach, and Microsoft Teams.
