The Marketing Department: 
 
The Marketing department serves as a primary growth engine for all of PracticeTek’s business verticals. We are the fuel that drives customer acquisition, conversion and retention through increasing brand awareness and promoting PracticeTek’s products and services. We are the face and voice that represents PracticeTek and its brands. We care as much about our team as

The Career Opportunity:
 Lead our wellbeing portfolio's product marketing strategy and drive market expansion through the leadership of a high-performing team. As the Director of Marketing for our wellbeing vertical, you will shape the go-to-market strategy for our comprehensive suite of wellbeing products, oversee two Product Marketing Managers, and play a pivotal role in achieving our growth objectives within the dental Total Addressable Market (TAM).

Areas of Accountability:
  • The Senior Marketing Manager for the Wellbeing vertical has responsibility for the following outcomes:
  • Drive revenue growth and market share expansion across the wellbeing portfolio through strategic marketing initiatives, competitive positioning, and market intelligence
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives and market opportunities
  • Work with the Channel team to optimize marketing spend and maintain budgetary responsibility across all wellbeing product lines
  • Build and maintain high-performing teams through effective coaching, career development, and performance management
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and other key stakeholders to ensure cohesive strategy execution

  • Strong decision-making capabilities with a focus on both short-term results and long-term strategy
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Ability to navigate complex matrix organizations effectively
  • Deep understanding of the wellbeing industry, including market trends, competitive landscape and customer needs preferred
  • Experience with software solutions preferred
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and resource allocation
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
 
At PracticeTek we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine our offers of employment. This includes internal and external market factors as well as your individual experience and skills. These considerations can cause compensation to vary but we reasonably expect to pay between $60,150 - $125,000  for this position.
